Health and Safety Management
For the company, risk management is a priority, for this reason, efforts are focused on safeguarding the welfare, physical and mental integrity of all employees, contractors and visitors; through the development of a preventive and participatory culture, the identification, evaluation and control of hazards and risks of operations. The controls applied comply with the technical, national and international legal requirements, in addition to the guidelines of the Safety and Health Management System in the Workplace, under the ISO 45001:2018 STANDARD.

It is a priority to contribute to global sustainability by minimizing and controlling the environmental aspects and impacts related to the life cycle of each of its projects in an active and systematic way.
The organization’s Environmental Management System, under the ISO 14001:2015 STANDARD, focuses its efforts on actions aimed at preventing and adapting to climate change, energy efficiency, responsible use of natural resources, reduction and management of waste based on the principles of the circular economy, pollution prevention and protection of ecosystems through reforestation and recovery programs for affected areas.

Campaigns have been developed in ecological reserves with the participation of the organization’s collaborators, their families and educational units in the populations near the works, carrying out programs with native species, recovery of ravines, protection of flora and fauna, among others.
- Waste Management and Recycling Campaign
We are working on creating the conditions to promote a culture of reduction, reuse and recycling of the waste generated, both at work and at home.
- Environmental Awareness with the community
There is a commitment to the efficient management of natural resources and sustainable management of them, so it undertakes its initiative ¨Buenas Practicas Ambientales¨, giving talks to the community in the sectors directly involved that address issues such as: responsible use of essential sources, awareness of the environment to conserve it, among others.

These protocols comply with national legal requirements, the recommendations of the World Health Organization and the scientific community. For this purpose, we have highly competent and committed professionals in the prevention and health area.
